Cheryl is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a graduate of Bryan College’s massage therapy program with an Honours diploma and a Special Populations certificate that acknowledges her work with complex pathologies and medical conditions.

Her health and wellness experience includes over 10 years assisting adults in the movement and meditation practices of tai chi, qi gong, and yoga, and she is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Prior to her career in massage therapy, Cheryl worked in marketing and operations for a business consulting company in the United Kingdom for 17 years.

Cheryl’s massage therapy treatments help you achieve your health and wellness goals, such as deep relaxation, stress management, headache prevention, musculoskeletal pain relief, and improved mobility. Janet Prachumrak is the 2023 Canadian Thai Massage Champion and represented Canada in the 2023 Nuad Thai & Spa World Championship. She learned the fundamentals of her massage techniques in Surin Province, Thailand from her grandmother who was revered as a healer and masseuse with “magic hands.” Everyone from far across the town would come for her healing spirit.
